All prescription requests/refills will be addressed at the time of your office visit.

Call 911. For questions or concerns, call the CPR location nearest you.

Financial Policy

Comprehensive Pain & Rehabilitation and Pain Consultants ASC, LLC participates in most health care plans. If we are participating providers with your insurance carrier, you will be financially responsible for your co-pay, co-insurance and/or your deductible.

We are happy to file your insurance claim as part of our service to you, however, you will be asked to make payment for your portion of the charges at the time of service.

We are able to offer several payment methods for your convenience. Cash, check, major credit cards, “automated draft from your bank or credit card” and online payment options.

We do have Financial Counseling available. You may call 228-938-0699 should you have any questions.
