After six years of service with CPR, we regretfully announce that Michelle D. Buchanan, DNP, ACNP will no longer be working with us effective July 8, 2014. Michelle recently married and is leaving the practice to join her husband in Kentucky. It is with warmest personal regards that we wish her continued blessings and success as she moves forward with her new family and career path.
