Comprehensive Pain and Rehabilitation is a Christ-centered ministry founded through a vision to provide relief to those in our global community who suffer from chronic pain. We strive to obey Christ’s command to love God with all our heart, soul, mind and strength; and to love our neighbor as we love ourselves.

A Comprehensive Approach to Pain

Chronic pain affects nearly every aspect of a person’s life, impairing their ability to function physically and psychologically and interfering with the everyday enjoyment of life. Family relationships and careers can suffer, creating financial stress and damaging that person’s identity and sense of self worth.

Comprehensive Pain and Rehabilitation (CPR) is a multidisciplinary organization devoted to the diagnosis and treatment of chronic pain using an integrated program of interventional pain medicine, behavioral medicine and functional rehabilitation. Our goal is to reduce both pain and its negative impact in order to enable our patients to live more productive and satisfying lives.

Our practice includes a nationally recognized specialist in Spinal Cord Stimulation Implantation, physicians who are board-certified and fellowship trained in pain medicine and a board certified physical medicine and rehabilitation physician who specializes in functional restoration as well as acute and chronic pain management.

We encourage patients to seek help early in their pain process at one of our two clinic locations in Daphne, Alabama and Pascagoula, Mississippi. Through diagnostic testing and a thorough examination, we can potentially help a patient avoid surgery or unnecessary procedures that might prolong or worsen their condition.

Ambulatory Surgery Center

Comprehensive Pain & Rehabilitation Ambulatory Surgery Center, LLC, located in Pascagoula, Mississippi, is a new facility designed to efficiently and effectively treat a wide array of pain pathology.

This new practice building features two procedure rooms and one operating room staffed with professionals that are specifically trained in pain intervention and facilitating care for patients and family members.

The Ambulatory Surgery Center is committed to both our patients and our community, actively measuring quality and patient satisfaction, and participating in green initiatives to minimize impact on the community.
